Kaylee Gregoire HR Associate Paper Trails

Every business is different, so no two handbooks or policies look the same. I get to know each client and build something that actually fits how they work.

About Kaylee

Kaylee Gregoire is a Human Resources Associate at Paper Trails, where she helps small business owners across every industry tackle the parts of HR that are easy to put off but costly to get wrong. Her day-to-day work centers on building employee handbooks, developing workplace policies, delivering trainings, and guiding clients through the ever-shifting world of compliance.

Kaylee's approach reflects a belief at the heart of Paper Trails: strong HR isn't an afterthought—it's the foundation a healthy business is built on. Whether she's drafting a handbook from scratch or helping a client stay ahead of a new labor law, her goal is to make HR feel less overwhelming and more like something you actually have a handle on.

A graduate of Thomas College and a member of the local team here in southern Maine, Kaylee is one of the real people who answers the phone when you call—ready to help you protect your business and take care of your people.
