Plus $4 per employee per month. 12 month commitment.

HR Advisor Subscription

From $550/mo

Plus $6 per employee per month. 12 month commitment.

Best for:

Growing businesses with over 50 employee employees facing more complex HR and compliance needs.

Multi-state employers with industry-specific policies that require custom handbook enhancements and state-by-state compliance guidance.


Companies looking for expanded training, employee development tools, and more hands-on HR technology support through isolved HR features.

What's Included in the HR Success Subscription

  • Dedicated HR expert assigned to your business. This expert will be side-by-side with you as you navigate this evolving legislative landscape.

  • Annual HR Discovery Audit, which includes a question and answer session.

  • Basic employee handbook creation, including custom PTO, discipline, attendance, and dress code policies, with an annual review and update.

  • A full review of all hiring practices and recruiting materials.

  • Development of employee onboarding and offboarding checklists.

  • Job description review and creation for up to five positions.

  • Offer letter and termination templates.

  • An employee file content checklist.

  • An I-9 completion and retention overview.

  • Labor law poster service.
