Paper Trails, southern Maine’s leader in payroll and human capital management (HCM) services, is undergoing a technology upgrade that will transform client experience, increase data security and system reliability, and provide best-in-class tools that encourage client growth. Paper Trails will be launching the new technology platform, iSolved, to clients beginning in August.
iSolved, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, provides payroll and HCM software and solutions to network partners like Paper Trails. With the iSolved platform, clients will still receive the local payroll services that they’ve been accustomed to with opportunities to add on services like applicant tracking, new employee onboarding, time and attendenace tracking, benefits management, employee self service, a mobile app, Affordable Care Act (ACA) tracking and reporting, general ledger integration, human resources tracking and reporting and more. iSolved will allow Paper Trails to be a truly “hire to retire” resource for its clients.
Beginning in August, Paper Trails will roll the new platform out to a group of test clients. The team of professionals at Paper Trails has been undergoing rigorous training throughout the summer, and will be ready by September to begin a full transition to the iSolved platform. Clients will receive ample warning and communication of their individual transition to ensure timing, client and staff training and more are well accommodated. Clients should expect to hear from the team at Paper Trails at some point this fall to schedule a transition call. It is Paper Trails’ goal to transition all clients to iSolved by end of year.
