Please fill out the form below to provide Paper Trails with your PFML Portal Account ID.

Please be sure to provide your account number – the number on your account homepage with the format xxx-xxxxxxx. Do not submit your confirmation number that you receive after confirming your registration.

To obtain your PFML Portal Account ID, please first register your business on the state Paid Leave Portal at pfml.maine.gov/contributions.

Once we have your account ID, we can file wage reports and remit payments to the state for you.
